IBM currently supports O&M and Development for the Claims and Management System (CMS) at the Victims Compensation Fund program.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to fill a key position to lead the agile team, comprised of both IBM and Client staff.
· This exciting role requires working within the client team / organization and IBM team as well as across the functional teams on the project.
· You will lead daily scrums and facilitate team activities/issue resolution; verify efficient operation of the team; and facilitate implementation of process improvement practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5-10 years of application development experience.
• 3-5 years evaluating client needs and existing processes or serving in a scrum master role.
• Collaboration and leading members of the agile team to include the business analysts, testers, and developers through the sprints and resolve issues
• Experience with facilitating meetings/discussions that will involve IBM staff and client's imbedded in the team.
• Facilitation of Retrospective sessions with the team and implementing process improvements after verifying the efficiency of the team.
• Ability to liaise with fellow team functional members, e.g., Security and Infrastructure, Production support to coordinate work and solutions for the application.
• Experience developing logical IT solutions, enabling everyone to better understand the problem and meet the business goals.
