The consultant will configure, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of the SuccessFactors EC module.
A consultant in this area will also be responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors to support business needs. The consultant will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. He/she will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members.

Mandatory Qualification:
·  Two successful end-to-end implementations of Employee Central
·  Strong expertise in Position Management, Personal Time Off and Employee Integration Center
·  Experience in Human Resource (HR) business process design and development, running workshops and gathering requirements
·  Deep SuccessFactors administration and provisioning expertise
·  Proficient knowledge of XML, and data migration/transformation practices
·  Demonstrated leadership in a professional setting
·  Self-starter that is capable of working effectively as part of a team; in-person and remotely
·  Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
·  Must be located on-site at the IBM office in Bedford, NS.
This role may involve working with technology that is covered by embargo Export Regulations. If you are a Foreign National from any of the following embargoed countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria) on a work permit you are not eligible for employment in this position.
