As a SAP Functional-Payroll guide you will be responsible for end to end ownership of changes related to Payroll.
What you'll do:

·  Conducting Fit and Gap analysis and business process modeling.
·  You Assess the business and application requirements
·  Design robust business processes considering accepted industry practices
·  Configuring and testing the software and Driving the development of functional and systems specifications
·  Write and Maintain necessary documentation
·  Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members
·  Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  10+ years of SAP HCM experience (OM, Personnel Administration, Payroll and Time management) You should have completed a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementation of SAP
