Your Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Middleware Developer designs, develops, and maintains middleware solutions to facilitate seamless communication and integration between various software applications. Responsibilities include API development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the security and reliability of middleware infrastructure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 10 years of technical experience of increasing responsibility providing software engineering, planning, design, analysis, and developing complex software models and applications across multiple hardware and software platforms
• Knowledge of web services security, Java, XML, and MW experience using WebMethods
• Ability to resolve functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules
• Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An Associate's Degree together with two (2) years of documented relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be able to clear a DoD clearance

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5 or more years MW experience
• Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
• Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
• Federal experience
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
