Your Role and Responsibilities
As an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead at IBM Consulting, you will deliver an overall Data Migration Strategy, maintain strong relations with key stake holders and ensure key data milestones to deliver significant value within the SAP programme and de-risk programme delivery through Quality Assurance.

You will be monitoring and controlling the Data Migration progress, quality adherence, key milestone and progress ceremonies e.g. Status monitoring and reporting, quality gate entry/exit with key stakeholders.

We would like you to have a solid SAP Data Migration background with at least 2 implementation experience, ideally in an international consulting environment. Experience in managing a Data team across global locations to deliver the different cycles of Data Migration is a must.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Minimum 3 years of experience delivering complex data management projects, including all phases of project life cycle from scoping and planning, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover and Go-Live phases.
·  Experience with Data Migrations from ECC or any legacy sources to the target S/4 HANA or ECC target systems using BODS/Data Intelligence
·  Experience driving the ETL (SAP BODS/Data Intelligence) support process and ensure compliance of project standards and deliverables.
·  Experience in defining Data Migration strategy including Data Extraction, Data Profiling using SAP Data Services, Data Cleansing, Data Transformation, Data Enrichment and Data Load in at least 2 implementation projects.
·  Strong experience of Data Migration in SAP S/4HANA across the functions of Finance and Controlling, Procurement and Logistics, Asset Management etc.
·  Ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders ensuring Data Migration progress and status is clearly provided through a defined communication plan.
·  Strong in the areas of scope definition, estimation, problem solving, troubleshooting and ability to root cause data issues to identify remedial actions.
