SAN/NAS Storage Administrator

Job description

At our office in Brøndby, you will work closely with 3 other storage administrators and our service delivery managers to provide best in class storage services for our clients. We currently work on migrating data to COS, A9000 and NetApp, and in the process, you will also get to work with colleagues from other teams like Wintel, Unix, Linux, DB2, Oracle and SAP.

More specifically, you will:

·  Solve Incidents and Service Requests related to Storage
·  Monitor, upgrade, and carry out capacity planning for the storage environment
·  Oversee day-to-day operations for stability
·  Remediate system outages
·  Ensure compliance with data security and global best practices
·  Participate in projects
·  Partake in our 24-hour shift rotation one week per month to take incoming calls in case of emergencies – however, we currently in average only have 2 calls per month

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

You do not need to be an expert on all our technologies. As long as you:
·  Have basic knowledge of SAN/NAS storage environments
·  Thrive working in teams and partake in various projects
·  Speak and write English effortlessly
