Job description

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist serve as a “platform expert” on all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud working with CRM and business teams to implement marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Working with CRM team to design, develop, test and implement high quality functional automated email marketing campaigns on the SFMC platform.
Data-driven Marketing Automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, responsible for designing, executing and managing marketing automation and targeted content through email and SMS.

Responsibilities
·  Technical buildout of automated/triggered customer lifecycle journeys, transactional and adhoc email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including development of custom SQL queries, automations and journey builder
·  Develop and execute marketing programs that utilize Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey builder, Pardot
·  Utilize HTML,CSS and Ampscript to create email templates, content modules and cloud pages
·  Execute enhanced audience segmentation and personalization used to drive email program
·  Set up, manage and monitor email subscriber data extensions and automations.
·  The set up and implementation of Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
·  Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back.
·  Create and setup campaign in Salesforce (configure target leads and contacts, launch and measure)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Minimum two years of experience in a similar role utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot
·  Minimum two years of experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and deploy emails
·  Experience on the Salesforce.com platform
·  Deep technical configuration knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot and Salesforce Sales Cloud
·  Familiarity with search engine marketing and social media tools, strategies, and best practices
·  Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
·  Experience developing HTML, CSS and Javascript, preferably for emails
