Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
· Work with clients to implement solutions around Salesforce, across a variety of industries, and projects of all sizes, scope and clouds
· Create a happy, reference-able customer and contribute to the growth of the business
· Conduct requirement sessions, and assist in business and technical architecture
· Conduct business / functional discussions, understand clients’ business pain points, and offer solutions leveraging salesforce.com platform/ offerings
· Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business
· Provide functional and technical specifications and maintain overall documentation for the business
· Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing activities (user guidance, troubleshooting)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Minimum three years of hands-on experience in technical implementations
· Minimum two years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations
· Minimum two years of experience in gathering requirements independently, and carrying out Business Analysis
· Understanding of Salesforce solution design in terms of automations, custom objects, and data relationships
· Understanding of SDLC
· Understanding of testing fundamentals, and hands-on experience in test cases design and execution Soft Skills
· Strong presentation and communication skills
· Critical thinking and problem solving skills
· Growth mindset Language Skills
Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Greek
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Background in CRM process design and implementation is considered a plus
