Job description
1/ Accelerate IBM growth by advising and enabling Sales Leaders to define client strategies, optimize sales territories, and maximize seller productivity
2/ Being a trusted advisor to the business to support sales leaders/managers and sales operation to understand sales plan relative guidance and help business line team for the plan implementation and ensure all are meeting IBM quota setting guidance
3/ Strong business sense to adhere IBM coverage and quota setting guidance and liaise all relevant parties on problem solving
4/ Coordinate among the various support fuctions in STG, e.g. HR, finance, commission team to help sales leaders and sales managers for quota setting, territory deployment, delivery status tracking and ensure all the task are on time completion
5/ Base on quota/coverage deployment result to do sales coverage and resources deployment analysis, and provide insightful and intuitive assets to influence business behavior in support of strtegic objectives

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1/ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
