Qualifications and Experience:
· Has influenced CXO's decision making process for choosing solutions in transformational projects.
· Has sold solutions that have improved clients' selling, marketing, merchandising, or fulfillment operations.
· Experience within the following industries: Retail, CPG, Travel & Transportation, and/or Wholesale Distribution.
· Comfortable as a visionary. We are pioneering cognitive commerce solutions, and seek Subject Matter Experts who can sell a differentiated vision and transform that vision into achieved business outcomes for clients and market share for IBM. Competencies:

Job Responsibilities:
· Exceed quarterly revenue targets
· Design and execute strategies for creating and progressing pipeline to meet revenue targets
· Grow market share in IBM's largest Key Accounts
· Use insight and consultative-selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to IBM Watson Customer Engagement's differentiated capabilities
· Coach and be coached. We seek life learners who want to grow, while helping others grow.
· Independently and collaboratively, with other IBM sellers, strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
· Sales Hygiene: Regularly update CRM system. Forecast accurately. Benefits :

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
· At least 1 year of experience with the IBM Commerce Solutions or competing solutions
· At least 3-5 years selling SaaS-based solutions
· Travel up to 50% or 3 days a week (home on weekends- based on project requirements)
· Experience within one or more of the following industries: Retail, CPG, Travel & Transportation, and/or Wholesale Distribution.
