Job description
Work closely with relocating employee, spouse/partner and/or family to support them in the relocation process. In this role, the Mobility Consultant will administer the appropriate assignment/relocation policy for the international assignment. Responsibilities include:
· International Relocation – International Assignments and Global IBMer plans:
· Manage international relocation for assignments coming in or going out of the assigned geography/region;
· Provide ongoing support to all international assignees throughout the assignment;
· Ensure complete documentation of all assignees
· Manage and coordinate with vendors
· Coordinate with home or work location local team (HR, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, etc.) to ensure smooth transition of relocation
· Administer policies to support relocation, immigration, compensation, and family including relocation briefings and policy interpretation and issue resolution
· Responsible for Document Management. Develop and keep current complete process documentation including flow charts with key control points, process narratives and desk procedures.
· Provide the client with support and data for any internal and external audits. Ensure compliance to the client's existing standards, SOX, and other applicable laws.
