Our Globally integrated IBM Cognitive Process Services team provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client delivery service requirements across industries and geographies. With various streams under F&A (Finance and Administration) we excel in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash O2C) along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations for our Clients."
Who you are:
As an Application Developer you will support the development and implementation of cost effective solutions to meet the business objectives by coordinating detailed technical analysis and design, investigating new approaches or technical designs.
What you’ll do:
· Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
· Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
· Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
· Crafting Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
· Communicating with Blue Prism on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community.
· Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery or project coordinator accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
· Building and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
· Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 2-4 years of experience in successful delivery and support of RPA, Visual Basic scripts or other configuration scripting type technology
· Understanding of workflow based logic to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
· Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Blue Prism product
· Should be able to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and mentoring tasks.
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience.
· You will be required to work with a structured and well-adapted approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
· An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
· A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
