RFS (Request for Service) Business Analyst

Job description

As RFS (Request for Service) Business Analyst you'll be able to do the following tasks/function
·  You will provide data, metrics and business analytics to the RFS community to drive operational excellence
·  You will participate in process optimization projects
·  You are responsible for on-time delivery, accuracy and issue resolution time for those reports under your responsibility
·  You will maintain existing reports and you will make enhancements and adjustments to these reports, if necessary
·  You will provide input on assigned projects and programs to the sectors
·  You will advise management of all developments that affect assigned projects and programs, and you will make recommendations for resolving/enhancing/improving those issues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  You should have an advanced Excel knowledge
·  You need to have a good problem-solving and analytical ability
·  You need to have experience with Issue/Problem Management
·  You need to have an excellent reporting skill
·  Knowledge in VBA, SQL, Macro, Java, or any automation platform
·  You should be amenable to work on a night shift schedule and be amenable to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
