Research Intern-Cryptography & Security

Job description

The IBM Research Security team is seeking candidates for Intern positions in Yorktown Heights, NY.

You will engage in original research in the areas of cryptography and security. In Cryptography, the work will focus on such areas as multiparty computations, obfuscation and foundational research. In security, the focus will be on on tracking high-fidelity and fine-grained provenance information in distributed systems for attack mitigation and forensics. The project has a focus on large-scale graph analtyics for causality tracking, reasoning, and anomaly detection.

Candidates pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field are preferred.
