Real Estate Strategy and Operations (RESO) manages the global IBM Real Estate Portfolio which includes 1,400 locations and 82 million square feet worldwide made up of a mix of Office, Data Center, Manufacturing, Development and Lab space. We manage the range of real estate disciplines including Strategy, Space Management, Workplace Design, Engineering and Construction, Leasing, Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions, Business Acquisition Integration/Divestitures, Facility Operations, Environmental and Energy Management.

Are you a current Under-Graduate studying in your 2nd or 3rd year in UAE? Can you secure NOC (No Objection Letter) from your University to join a summer internship with IBM?

Throughout the RESO internship you will be responsible for:
·  Redefining employees experience with on-site vending services
·  Defining anticipated outcome/objectives from various users' perspective (employee, employer, supplier, etc.)
·  Introducing the use of digital solution (ie. use of Internet of Things, Cognitive Computing, etc.)
·  Identifying, meeting, interviewing potential suppliers
·  Exploring various contractual models
·  Engaging and network with internal stakeholders from other business units in developing a solution;
·  Performing qualitative and quantitative evaluation of alternatives
