Job description

IBM Q Research is seeking Summer Interns to work on Quantum Computing at its T. J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY.

You will have the opportunity to grow and work alongside some of the top scientists and engineers in an exciting field. With multiple internships in various areas within IBM Q available, we are seeking highly-motivated candidates with backgrounds from the fields of physics, computer science, applied mathematics, or engineering, and who have a passion for problem-solving and creativity.

Candidates currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program are preferred. IBM Q Research Interns will have the chance to perform within a unique environment that combines academic research rigor with goal-oriented engineered solutions. Previous experience with Quantum Computing is not a requirement, though candidates are encouraged to explore the openly available resources through the IBM Q experience.
