Job description

As a Q2C (Quote to Cash) Contract Support Professional, you will
- Perform a variety of support responsibilities throughout the sale cycle from Opportunity management, proposal/solution release, contract requirement, contract management till billing/&invoice tracking.
- Ensure that all transactions are handled with minimum impact to the customers and in compliance with all the audit guidelines and approved processes.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure that pre-sales activities are performed promptly to comply with Brand defined process/approval and accurately
- Prepare/release contract with proper approval in place/obtained .
- Liaise with different parties (i.e. Pricing, Legal, Treasury, Procurement, etc) to faciliate the bid approval
- Partner with brands project managers to ensure the signed contracts are timely registered and billed, signings are timely recognised.
- Ensure all the post sales activities are timely and accurately performed.
- Identify work process improvements and issue prevention activities.
- Perform other tasks as required, including but not limited to :
·  1. Contract printing/packing support
2. Contract scanning/filing/mailing support
3. Invoice packing/mailing support
4. Completion report/AR bank statement
5. Chop admin for Q2C owned Contract mgmt related chops
