Proposal Writer PM

Job description

The PM Proposal CoE is seeking a proposal writer who will support the development of the management approaches on each Public Sector Strategic deal. This individual will not lead proposals but lead management volume responses by strategizing, researching, writing of the management approach as well as reviewing proposals. Each deal is unique in its response and will require intimate knowledge of differing project management approaches, staffing augmentations, scheduling tactics, deliverable management, organizational design, quality assurance plans, and program management estimating practices.

Additional desired knowledge areas include Agile methodologies, EVMS, CMMI, IBM Project Management tools, and Microsoft Project. This individual must be self-motivating, adhere to quick-turn timelines, and experience working in a dynamic teaming environment. PMP certification preferred, but not required.
