Who you are:

·  Responsible to manage Demand and Supply of resources for IBM
·  Responsible for Forecasting, Strategic Resource Management and Bench Engagement
·  Work closely with Delivery/Competency Leads, Acceleration team to align on demands and their prioritizations.

What you'll do:

·  You will work closely with Recruitment to drive increased on-boarding and fulfillment of Client demands.
·  Resource Management Reporting - Spotting and Reporting out Trends, Challenges and Opportunities.
·  Maintain adequately detailed RMG databases to run the RMG function effectively with accurate & timely reports.
