The Cúram Software group within IBM Watson Health is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with public sector health and human services experience to join our team.
The Project Manager (PM) supports client, systems integrator, and IBM Cúram project teams in executing project activities. The PM typically concentrates on leading the IBM Cúram work components during the project lifecycle and would be responsible for working collaboratively with other members of the overall project leadership team.
You will pay particular attention to planning, organizing, and tracking work activities amongst team members, with an eye toward schedule, scope, and budget. The PM is typically the key resource for framing and escalating Cúram-related issues, as well as identifying Cúram-related risks and creating mitigation strategies.
*Traveling to client project sites is required.
Successful Candidates will have the following:
· Demonstrated success in enterprise software implementations
· Proven track record in Social Services enterprise management in public sector/government and core functionality or associated business of Human Services programs (such as Medicaid, child welfare, child support, SNAP, TANF, juvenile justice, income support, etc.)
· Experience with the implementation of Cúram Software or other commercial off the shelf (COTS) software The IBM Cúram product suite empowers organizations to collaborate around client needs, providing citizens with easier access to government programs and benefits.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 8 years of experience in IT related Project management
· Proven track record in Social Services enterprise management in public sector/government in the health and human services domain
· A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute
