Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your primary responsibilities include:
· Providing project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications.
· Setting up the project control book, entering data, tracking issues and changes, producing status reports and handling financial and procurement transactions.
· Supporting general contract management through asset management, auditing readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting, project plan execution and, where applicable, requesting for service.
· Duties of a project administrator include all aspects of facilitating a project: scheduling meeting times and locations, taking meeting minutes, developing presentations, and arranging training for project staff. In addition, the project administrator participates in budget administration, providing analysis, keeping records, and forecasting financial performance. IT project administrators may work closely with other corporate departments, such as HR and legal.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, as well as reading and writing kanji)
· Able to translate English to Japanese and vice versa
· Ability to estimate an effort and all impacts of proposed solution
· Very good communication skills; analytical and creative problem solving skills
· Ability to cooperate and take business and solution lead in multi-vendor teams
· Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu .
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· JLPT N1-N2 certification is preferred
