Your Role and Responsibilities

The Solutioning Program Manager is able to design and execute programs that enable faculty and students to build capstone projects and solutions using IBM technologies.

Responsibilities include:

- Designing programs and operations to effectively engage with university faculty and students to deliver deep learning outcomes and comprehensive projects;

- Building experiences that meet individual geographic and global needs;

- Engaging and integrating internal group of subject matter experts and academic volunteers into university engagements;

- Collaborating with marketing to develop case studies;

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders in technology platform, content, and other cross-functional teams;

- Developing processes for university engagement and support;

- Reporting program metrics and driving continuous improvements based on lessons learned.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Successful track record of setting up and running programs to enable faculty and students at strategic universities to build projects;

- Ability to collaborate with current and potential partners, ecosystem colleagues, and fellow marketers to learn, co-create, and share feedback;

- Familiarity with generative AI, Kubernetes, and related cloud technologies;

- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization;
- Advanced/ fluent English;

- Strong experience in program management including launching and scaling programs, managing stakeholders and operations;

- Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to stretch the role, constantly reimagining what it can deliver;
