About the Business Unit

The IBM Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization spans several functional areas such as procurement, manufacturing, demand-supply planning, manufacturing engineering, logistics, customer fulfillment, accounts receivable collection and sales transaction support.

Who you are:

As a Procurement professional for contract management you will do Cross-Category tactical sourcing for High value and low risk spend on Client preferred or with IBM sourced vendors. You will deliver catalogue and contract maintenance processes accurately on time according to the client service level agreements and expectations.

What you'll do:

·  Craft and Structure contract in ECM (itemised products or schedule of rates) for optimal operational use
·  Enable contract for Purchasing in P2P system. Revert to vendor manager with shell contract number for use in PSDD creation
·  Receive PSDD completion workflow, contract artefacts & relevant contract information from Procurement & Supply Chain
·  Capture contract metadata to enable in client's contract management systems (examples include expiry date, contract owner, target values etc)
·  Build and maintain necessary line items in ECM
·  Correspondingly upload signed contract, PSDD, partner board deck and amendment values into ECM
·  Get P&SC Approval (Gating) for contract structure set up in ECM

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  College Degree or equivalent work experience required—preferably in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
·  You should have working knowledge on SAP/Ariba and Emptoris Contract Management and transactions .
·  Minimum 2-4 years' experience in Supply Chain (or) Operations management & reviewing contracts
