Job description
The procurement professional plays a key role in providing part sourcing support to fulfill machine maintenance service delivery needs. With knowledge and hands on experience in RFx process, source selection and evaluation, she/he will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
· Ensure collation and complete assessment of requirement (spend demand, supplier capability and service/part requirement and expectations) to optimize spend and deliver cost, value and business benefits
· Be involved in contract negotiation and management and oversee supplier onboarding process
· Manage and measure supplier performance and develop a collaborative approach to ensure continuous improvements
· Establish and maintain good working relations and rapport with suppliers
· Maintain and ensure contract and price accuracy in SAP
· Manage risks and governance agenda for the relevant supply base
· Participate in discussions pertaining to cost management and quality
· Instill good data management and documentation practices to ensure audit-ability

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Bachelor Degree with a minimum 1 year experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management fields
