Description of the position:
The primary role of the Procurement Administrative Assistant is to coordinate and organize workflow on the reception and to prepare all the necessary documentation for new vendor setup and maintenance of vendor data. This duty includes but is not limited to: database system maintenance, office supply purchasing and reception and telephone duties.
Main Responsibilities related to reception:
· Badge and key management;
· Room reservations and visitor welcoming;
· Stationary ordering;
· Maintaining incoming and outgoing post. Main Responsibilities related to suppliers:
· Gather documentation from suppliers;
· Liaise with internal teams to obtain necessary requirements and data;
· Collect financial reports about the suppliers and perform financial analysis;
· Execute supplier assessment and evaluation based on the collected data and document the results;
· Collect contracts if required.
