As a Process Strategy Consultant within our Strategic Enterprise Transformation (SET) group, you'll have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM's ongoing transformation.
Our consultants drive large-scale change that spans IBM business units, functions, and geographies. You will work directly with internal clients on key initiatives to understand their business issues, their workflows. define opportunities, develop business cases, define success metrics, develop the design approaches and implement complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
· Support execution to define, assess and improve end-to-end (E2E) business processes and workflow discipline within key transformation initiatives
· Assist E2E transformation teams with the application of process improvement methods and tools to drive business process definition, analysis and solution design
· Provide process improvement expertise and knowledge; apply standard mapping and modeling, metrics and tools application
· Assist in development and facilitation of process modeling, analysis and design working sessions to accelerate solution definition, implementation of both short and longer term outcomes
· Contribute E2E process experience and knowledge to help build a revitalized enterprise process architecture model enabling workflow, digitization and optimization for the enterprise
· Provide input and team on the design and optimization of business processes, aligning and integrating with key strategic imperatives (e.g., cloud, cognitive, digitization, data, client advocacy)
· Collaborate across the SET expertise areas (Strategy & Design, Disruption & Insights and Organizational Change Management) and Process Strategy & Excellence team of practitioners deployed on transformation initiatives to enable success measures, optimization and sustained improvements, that also scale learnings and leading practices enterprise-wide
· Interact with global process owners and process teams, acting as a Change Agent to drive innovation, execution and sustainment of simplification and transformation objectives
· Contribute to SET practice development initiatives including thought leadership, culture building, recruiting, community involvement, etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Consultants on this team directly support IBM's internal enterprise transformation by identifying and leading opportunities for best-in-class process and workflow excellence.
· BA required
· 3+ years of experience in process modeling, optimization and enterprise transformation
· 3+ years of experience in leading and facilitating cross function / enterprise process improvement workshops (utilization of one or more methodologies in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Design Thinking practices)
· 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, leading enterprise transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on process improvement strategies
· Readiness to travel both domestically and worldwide on a “as needed basis”
