Job description
As a member of the IBM Canada Human Resources team you will coordinate the recruitment and hiring of university graduates and deploy internal education to 2000+ Consultants.
You will be responsible for the administrative management tasks to support a community of HR Partners, Leaders, Managers, and Practitioners. You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees as it relates to HR services and programs including benefits-related inquiries. Delivers competition of HR process management activities such as new hire on-boarding, separations, calibration, retirements, transfers, salary changes and status conversions. Coordinates STD, LTD, LA and parental/pregnancy leave programs. Participates in new employee orientation as it relates to on-boarding, benefits, and learning & development. Developed and provided regular and ad hoc reports to Managers and the Human Resources team. Prepares employment verification letters, T2200s.

You are able to work effectively in a demanding, changing environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor. You excel at managing the flow and coordination of information and have excellent attention to detail.
