Job description

IBM Research is seeking a Post doctoral Researcher to work at its Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY.

A Material Scientist is sought for developing and characterizing materials for phase change memory technologies. The position involves working with a team of other engineers and research staff on developing deposition methods and processes and characterization of materials. You should have a background with materials deposition and development.

Ph.D. in materials science, chemistry, physics or a related area is required.
