Job description

IBM Research is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher in the area of high speed data communications for future computing, storage and networking systems.

You should possess proven skills in digital and analog/mixed-signal circuit design and implementation in deep-submicron Complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) technologies. Key circuit blocks of interest may include data amplification chain and line driver, channel equalization functions such as feed-forward/decision feedback equalization and continuous time linear equalizer, clock generation and recovery units. Background in information theory and communication systems is a plus.

A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering is required.
