Job description

IBM CIO is seeking a self-motivated individual with attention to detail and an eagerness to learn for the ServiceNow@IBM program Platform Lead role. This team is responsible for the ServiceNow platform implementation to IBM internal enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Platform Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. This individual must possess the ability to advise executives on strategic value-based innovation and insights relative to business transformation programs across the ServiceNow@IBM platform. The day to day will include:
·  Providing and/or helping to establish and execute best practice business processes
·  Helping to establish best practices for Enterprise Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and ServiceNow Platform education
·  Contributing to the growth of the Services Practice by identifying and leading internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice by leveraging junior teammates to achieve individual as well as team growth
·  Serving as an active contributor to the practice knowledge and resource base through mentoring, educating, and enriching technical and non-technical ServiceNow, customer and partner colleagues
·  Building relationships with internal and external business partners, and contributing to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single engagement
·  Designing and facilitating a program governance model including an organizational structure, authorization framework, and a matrix of Customer priorities for the ServiceNow applications and platform
·  Rigorously executing both internal and external program governance - be a leader who can leverage program management best practices and effectively to ensure delivery with excellence to customers, while focusing on business value.
·  Creating and maintaining long-range a Capability Roadmap.
·  Supporting the development and delivery of operating processes, play books and standard operating procedures
·  Providing program oversight through capability lifecycle planning and prioritization, including assisting in the development of program initiatives, goals, scope, success criteria and risk Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations & Professional Services for recommendations, points of view and documentation as needed.
·  Responsibility for the successful delivery of overall program, resource and financial management during the life cycle.
·  Providing product and business expertise, ensuring adherence to the SOW, identifying and allocating appropriate resources, documenting and communicating status, at a minimum, weekly, and acting as the single point of contact during the program.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
·  Strong program management skills for long term engagements. Must have experience with and understand all aspects from design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance. Individual will lead future enhancements and maintenance of platform.
·  Strong leadership skills
·  Strong ServiceNow Product knowledge
·  Strong Communication skills - needs to be able to communicate at an executive level
·  Strong decision-making skills
·  Experience with enterprise level tool migrations.
·  3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
