Job Roles and Responsibilities
As a team, work from GDC China's Shenzhen location to remotely support global customers IT systems in Mainframe/windows environment:
• Provide services for monitoring, measuring, analyzing, reporting, repairing and optimizing the performance aspects of IT solutions in order to meet business needs
• Build and consolidate the performance record regularly for future reference
• Provide end-to-end performance monitoring and reporting for client
• Investigate, analysis and resolve performance and resource utilization issues
• Identify performance and resource utilization tuning opportunities
• Create performance reports to aid analysis of current and impending performance issues
• Provide performance management advice and guidance for IT solutions
• Define and establish performance and capacity data collection requirements
• Assess, review, forecast and monitor capacity and resource utilization aspects of infrastructure

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

Required technical Skills:
• Experience with z/os system maintenance or Cobol application development
• Proficient in JCL
• Proficient in Excel
• Familiar with SQL
• ITIL knowledge
• SAS/MXG

Required Non-Technical Skills:
• Self-starter and excellent team working skills
• Good communication, documentation and presentation skills
• Initiative and enthusiasm. Work under pressure
• Good networking skills with vendors and technical specialists.
• Good English (verbal and written)

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
Bachelor degree or above. Good English. CET-6 preferred
