A Package Solution Consultant designs and develops business intelligence / data warehousing / reporting applications that utilize specialized tools/products from Microsoft like SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS. Uses consulting skill, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively support the client's business environment in order to achieve the expected
business results.

The successful candidate will have the following skills, and experience levels;
·  Minimum 1 yr experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
·  Minimum 1 yr experience in Database Administration and SQL Coding/Debugging
·  Minimum 1 yr experience in report design and creation
·  Minimum 1 yr experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services Cubes
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills
·  Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
In addition, this role will involve database administration, data management and integration, report development and analytics in both relational (OLTP) and analytical (OLAP) environments, primarily using Microsoft tools. The BI Developer Analyst will be a key member of the technical team that builds data integration with CRM and Marketing systems and supports all downstream data warehousing and reporting. This position requires a strong customer service attitude, attention to detail and quality, the ability to multi-task, a team focus, strong interpersonal skills and adherence to firm IT standards and change management procedures.

The IBM Client Innovation Center is anin-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel approximately 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in, or be willing to relocate to, LOUISIANA. The work location is 100 North Street Baton Rouge, LA 70802. This is not a work from home position.
