Who you are:
· The SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables.
· You will use your business knowledge and expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
· Support includes implementation, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation.
· Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements. What you'll do:
· Support the implementation and performs the on-going support of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
· You will also support Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding.
· Manage and coordinate team resources.
· Lead projects that include strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing. How we'll help you grow:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· More than 3+ Years of experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting and at least one other SuccessFactors module with Certification (preferred).
· Deep understanding of integration points between Employee Central - Recruiting - Onboarding
· Experience in creating editable pdfs
· Prior experience in Applicant Tracking, Recruiting, HR Organizational Development or similar HR functional experience
· Skilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members
· Experience conducting end user training.
· Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems.
