Your day in the role will include...
·  You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success

·  Participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos

·  Experience with HR Software Implementation
·  Workday Certification in Core HR and Absence and Time Tracking
·  Possess knowledge of absence and time tracking localization and legal requirements in NA and Europe
·  Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Time Tracking consultant
·  Possess ability to run workshops on absence and time tracking and convey solutions to complex business requirements to HR SME's How we'll help you grow...

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Work with functional team and third party vendors for discovery and design sessions.
·  Possess experience working in a large team, contributing positively to the success of the team as a whole
·  Possess experience of the absence and time tracking reporting catalogue and ability to create custom reports
·  Possess working knowledge of Compensation and Core HR as they integrate with Compensation
·  Certified in Workday Time Tracking / Absence and Leave Management
