You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an SAP Organization Management consultant who can drive results for a brownfield SAP S/4 implementation project with one of IBM's clients in the Public Sector. Your main responsibility will be to work with key client users to understand their business requirements and create solutions that can be tested and deployed in SAP. To ensure success, you should have hands-on experience in implementing SAP MM or SD, be familiar with system integration, and have the ability to facilitate complex decision-making processes.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Develop and configure SAP solutions, including writing scripts and programs for enhanced functionality
Deploy SAP solutions and ensure smooth system integration
Troubleshoot and optimize performance by resolving issues
Provide support for SAP systems, end-user training, and documentation
Conduct independent client workshops.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We expect an experienced MM consultant to have the following technical expertise:

·  Knowledge of SAP MM configuration, customization, and integration with other modules such as FI, CO, SD, PP, and QM.
·  Ability to design, customize, test and implement SAP MM solutions
·  Experience in SAP MM master data management, such as material master, vendor master, purchasing info records, source lists, and contracts.
·  Proficiency in SAP MM business processes, such as purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice verification, inventory valuation, physical inventory, and material requirements planning.
·  Skills in SAP MM reporting and analysis using standard reports, queries, and BI tools.
·  Knowledge of Dutch and English language (level C) are required for this role

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Additionally the candidate should preferably have the following skills

·  Communication: Communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders, such as business users, technical staff, managers, and vendors. Be able to listen actively, ask relevant questions, explain complex concepts, and present findings and recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.
·  Problem-solving: Able to analyze the client's needs and requirements, identify the root causes of the issues, and propose suitable alternatives and options. Be able to apply logical thinking, creativity, and critical thinking to solve problems and overcome challenges.
·  Project management: Have basic PM skills to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects, ensuring that they meet the scope, time, quality, and budget expectations of the client. Be able to use appropriate tools and methodologies, such as agile, waterfall, or hybrid, to manage the project life cycle and deliver value to the client.
·  Technical expertise: Preferably have a solid understanding of the Defense domain they are working in and an understanding of software development, analytics and cybersecurity. The candidate should be able to use their technical skills and knowledge to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain IT solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations.
·  Business acumen: Having a broad knowledge of the Defense business environment and industry is beneficial in the performance of this role.
