Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Oracle Cloud Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
· Tailored Oracle Cloud Solutions: Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
· Application Configuration and Testing: Configure and test applications to to check that it meets business requirements.
· Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Act as Oracle Cloud Recruiting and Talent Management subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on payroll business processes and implementation
Hands-on configuration working with functional set up manager in Recruiting, Performance, Goals, Career Development, Talent Review, Talent Profile, and across Cloud modules
Demonstrate experience and expertise in the design and execution of implementation and testing, executive and internal communications and the ability to work independently
Lead groups in business process re engineering, best practices and personalization
Share suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize implementation methodology
Lead business process workshops/CRPs and requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes
Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
Drive and document business requirements and procedures, obtain sign off to ensure Client alignment of proposed solution
Provide inputs to the assigned Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan developed and buy-in from key client stakeholders.
Support the implementation of the technical and functional work stream
Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including User Acceptance Testing and work with the users to validate the solution
Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs
Able to coordinate with Oracle for SRs, new product releases, ability to coordinate upgrades/patches/fix
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years consulting experience working with Recruitment, HR and Talent Management systems, in Oracle Cloud HCM
At least 3 years experience and the completion of two full life-cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud Recruiting and Talent Management
At least 5 years experience in demonstrated understanding of Oracle/Cloud HCM concepts
At least 8 years experience in the ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
At least 5 years experience in Oracle Cloud HCM product implementation experience with knowledge of at least two (2) of the following modules, in addition to Oracle Cloud Recruiting and Talent Management: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll
