Job description

The Order Management Analyst – Order to Cash (OTC) is responsible for order entry transactions, process returns, credit-debit notes and query resolution.
As an Order Management Analyst, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Purchase order verification and processing accurately and timely
·  Work efficiently with requester/client for additional information or any questions
·  Manage Affiliate queries through calls and emails
·  Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines
·  Knowledge of all client specific processes and procedures
·  Prioritize processing of urgent request

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
