The EA Oracle practice provides clients with HCM business transformation and industry expertise, and the ability to translate that expertise into integrated, user centric, innovative business solutions. EA provides HCM consulting services across multiple industries, supporting clients to become more strategic through streamlined HCM solutions.

Our team is expanding and we are hiring HCM Technical Architects.

You will have a strong background in key architectural areas such as Integration, Data and Security across Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. You will analyse interfaces during the design phase, creating an integration strategy and solution design to achieve the gathered requirements. Through testing and build you are then able to implement the required integrations successfully. You will define the data mapping and apply best practices to ensure high quality, low error data conversions through complex clinical data processes.

Responsibilities include:
·  Analysing client integration requirements.
·  Creating and gaining agreement to integration and data strategies.
·  Leading interfacing and data mapping.
·  Designing, testing and building inbound and outbound integrations from/to HCM Cloud suite.
·  Applying best practice to ensure high quality low error data conversions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Oracle Fusion M/Ware HDL, FBL, Rest Services & IBM Websphere Middleware
·  Proven design & implementation experience of integrations & data conversion in multiple Cloud programmes
·  Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Delivery experience - Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Taleo, Talent Mgt, Compensation & Payroll
·  Experience inc R11 Oracle HCM Cloud - extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
·  Delivery experience in design & build of Oracle Fast Formula and of HCM Cloud MassLoader solutions
·  Extensive Oracle implementation experience on premise and Cloud platforms WITHIN a Tier 1 Consultancy Services firm
·  Min 3 Oracle Cloud formal certifications inc Oracle HCM Implementation Specialist & Cloud Implementation Specialist
·  Knowledge of Oracle PaaS Architecture - notably Integration PaaS, Java PaaS and Database PaaS
·  Demonstrated eminence through authoring of White Papers surrounding Oracle Cloud Architecture and Platforms
