The Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Workforce Compensation consultant will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Cloud solutions using Oracle's Cloud Human Capital Management Workforce Compensation capabilities.

The individual must have experience working on a minimum of two full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation, with hands-on design, configuration, testing and deployment experience in the area of Compensation.

Key skills required are: Workforce Compensation process expertise and relevant business process best practices, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, testing, and strong written and verbal communications skills. Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR and experience with Oracle eBS HRMS Compensation workbench are a plus.

Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams embracing time zone and cultural aspects is a key to the success of this position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  At least 7 years experience working with HCM/HRIS systems in a leading consulting practice, or 3 years of equivalent experience in an internal projects-based role
·  At least 3 years experience in the completion of two or more full life-cycle implementations with Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation with significant hands-on system configuration expertise and team leadership.
·  At least 5 years experience in the ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
·  At least 2 years experience in writing fast formulas, and analysis using BI Publisher
·  At least 2 years experience leading the design and development of data conversion/migration, HDL, HCM Extract for integration
·  At least 2 years experience preparing and leading conference room pilots, testing and deployment planning and execution.
