Job description

The product leader of this team will go beyond artificial intelligence with Watson.

IBM Offering Managers define, develop and deliver differentiated offerings that focus on winning in markets and delivering iconic user experiences. Offering Managers work across IBM and collaborate with cross-discipline teams on development, design, marketing, communications and sales to deliver the most innovative offerings to our clients.

Offering Manager
Understanding of agile product management and engineering practices and a willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what it takes to define product functionality well
Synthesize research on users, competitors, ecosystem, and partners
Use data to establish cross-discipline prioritization and timelines, and have a passion for experimentation
Specify key design and development requirements (product backlog) enabling complex application experiences to be simple
Define plans for marketing, sales, deployment, services, and support
Develop ecosystem of partners who support and add value
Lead Design Thinking process and create road map for offering
Lead the industry in cognitive analytics capabilities for digital marketing and e-commerce
Ensure offering is optimized for digital discovery, consumption, extensibility

Requirements:
·  3+ years of software product management experience
·  Demonstrated analytical skills and experience
·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
·  Ability to develop go-to-market strategy, business plans, KPIs, customer segmentation and market insights.
·  Strong technical understanding of the technologies influencing digital analytics, including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, etc
·  Exceptional communication and presentation skills"
