Job description
We are looking for a Offering Manager to deliver innovative cloud consulting services offerings focused around multicloud workloads and RedHat specific technologies inclusive of OpenShift, Containers, Kubernetes, and OpenStack. The ideal candidate will have product management expertise in cloud domain preferably focused on OpenShift, Containers, Kubernetes and OpenStack.
Responsibilities :
· Drive the definition, development and adoption of cloud solutions for clients in multicloud environments
· Research and collaborate to identify new cloud technical strategy and architecture services offerings focused around multicloud and RedHat services
· Use lead product management and agile practices to incubate new route-specific service capabilities required. Lead and execute the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution including:
· Market analysis
· Business case development
· Competitive analysis
· Go-to-Market definition
· Offering definition
· Offering development
· Define and maintain offering roadmap
· Offering collateral development
· Pricing and packaging
· Delivery readiness
· Promotion and sales enablement
· Overall performance of the offering in the cloud route-to-markets
· Collaborate across IBM teams of peer offering managers and operational stakeholders to define and execute on our multicloud and RedHat offerings
· Participate in scoping client engagements and provide customized architecture solutions as required on AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and Google cloud platforms
· Support marketing and/or sales teams on offerings go-to-market collateral preparation
· Conduct client workshops and enablement sessions to sales and delivery team members
· Support press and analyst activities as required

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 10+ years of IT experience
· Minimum of 5+ years of technical consulting experience with client engagements
· Minimum of 3+ years of product management experience
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience with cloud migration projects
· Minimum of 2+ years in applied thought leadership and business transformation
· Experience with RedHat technologies
· Working knowledge of at least two cloud platforms inclusive of IBM, AWS, Azure, and/or Google
· Conducting workshops leveraging design thinking methodology
· Adept in creating offering go-to-market messaging and supported collateral
· MBA or equivalent experience
