Your day to day activities will include:
·  Solving complex incidents & problems end to end
·  Implementing diverse types of changes
·  Interpreting intricate scenarios for your peers and customers
·  Building stronger network infrastructures and being a part of a team who is changing the world
·  Participating in Cognitive solutions
·  Cooperating extensively with global 3 rd parties suppliers
Level 2 Sharpshooter:

What you need to be successful:
·  Proven knowledge, experience in trouble-shooting, switching, routing
·  At least 2 years of working experience in Networking
·  Passion for a technical career path
·  Good written and verbal English communication skills
·  CCNA or equivalent, JNCP, other vendor certifications
·  Working knowledge of ITIL - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management.
·  Hands on F5, HP switches and Cisco Prime Infrastructure would be added advantage
·  Experience with Cisco and Checkpoint devices
·  Experience of Network security, WAN, WI-FI, etc.
·  Working and basic experience on Virtualization technologies Level 3 Network Guru:

What you need to be successful:
·  5 – 7 years experience with complex troubleshooting of networks
·  CCIE certification or level of experience (other top network vendor certifications would be great advantage)
·  Knowledge of DNS and DHCP implementation and operations at enterprise level
·  Working and basic experience on Virtualization technologies such as VRF's, vSwitches, dSwitches, Cisco UCS, ESX
·  Cisco Routing, Switching, Cisco Wireless, Cisco Email Security / Ironport, Cisco ACI / APIC Knowledge, F5 Loadbalancers, VMware NSX, Cisco ASA NG Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switching, Cisco IOS-XE Routers, Cisco IOS-XR, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Email Security (ESA), F5 Loadbalancers, Websense / Forcepoint Proxies, Cisco ACI, Citrix NS LB, Cisco Nexus, Fortinet Firewalls, VMware vSphere & NSX
