Job description

BM is seeking skilled Load Balance Administrator to support IBM Cloud Managed Services clients and data centers. This position is a highly technical role featuring elements of network architecture, security, DNS, HTTP and HTTPS. Previous experience with load balance platforms are required, ability to self study, proactivity, team work, knowledge sharing, capable to learn from mistakes and an excellent English communication skills.

Each person in the team performs the following tasks:
-Perform basic LTM load balancing configuration, VIPs, Pool, monitors, SSL Certificates, Reverse Proxy and Forward Proxy.
-Troubleshoot connectivity issues between customer and VIP and Pool members.
-Work together with other teams (ie: Linux, Network, Database, SAP, among others) to implement and resolve connectivity issues
-Take and read packet captures from tcpdumps, Wireshark and HTTP handshake.
-Working knowledge of Layer 4
-7 load balancing and SSL acceleration
-Generate CSR file ( certificate signing request) and upload root, intermediate and key certificates
-Help with audits and CIRATS ( Compliance Issue Risk and APAR Tracking System )
-Work with RCAs ( Root Cause Analysis).Qualifications & Requirements
-Working knowledge of Network Security technologies (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS)
-Working knowledge of Load Balancers (NetScaler, F5 , Cisco CSS)
-Familiarity with UNIX (BSD and Linux) scripting languages (Perl, Bash, Kixtart, etc.).
-Demonstrated ability to write complex technical articles and case studies for knowledge base
submittal.
-Demonstrated ability to reproduce, troubleshoot and workaround networking issues using the
following tools: Netmon, TCPDump and WireShark utilities.
-Hold or have obtained in the past certificates like CCNA or JNCIA
