Who you are
· As Network Engineer you are responsible to manage network/security support, problem management, managing network performance and dedicatedly identifying issues before they become customer affecting
· Provide 27/7 support, as well as provides training to junior engineers. What will you do
· Support the operations of advanced IP network/security services and take partner concerns from Level 3 and SME engineers and as directed by Operation Managers
· Working experience in a fast-paced Network Operation environment
· Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues
· Work with a variety of customers and vendors (some technical some non-technical)
· Communicate technical jargon to non-technical people
· Receive calls from customers and work trouble tickets to resolve customer called out network and security issues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Min 3+ years of experience in Network and Securities
· Experience in 3rd level network incident and problem determination and resolution
· Proficient in design and solutioning of Network
· Demonstrated ability in 3rd party vendor coordination, support, and management for incident and perform site acceptance testing
· Ability to perform complex changes on the Network and Security devices
· Working knowledge in Work with Hardware/Software Vendors to resolve problems
· Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule
