Job description

• Ensure that an International Assignment Expense claim complies with the defined International Assignment policy.
• Check that an International Assignment Expense claim is completed correctly.
• Check the correct backup information is attached to the claim.
• Ensure that the expense is correctly recorded and completed on the Expat Database
• Ensure that the expenses are processed and sent to country within the published turnaround times.
• Ensure that expenses are received in the applicable countries before the country payroll cut offs.
• Provide an effective tracking/audit trail of expense from receipt to payment.
• Able to investigate and resolve queries arising from expense claims.
• Process Domestic Mobility Expenses or retrieve monies advanced to assignees such as house deposits, first months rent or cash-flow advance.
• Additional tasks delegated by the Team Leader/Manager
• Owns the resolution of complex employee's and line management's queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses
• Ensures contact with country process teams to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of designated processes for countries covered
• Delivers country specific Process
• Proactively involved in cross departmental teaming

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  You possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology / Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
