As a middleware Admin, You are responsible for crafting, running and monitoring the infrastructure to support WebSphere servers.

Your Role and Responsibilities

·  Extensively involved in IBM WebSphere Application server V7.0 installation, configuration and management.
·  Considerable initiative and discernment relative to problem determination / resolution and telephone etiquette.
·  interpret documentation and craft handbook and maintain technical documents; The ability to implement customer requested changes.
·  Implement Clustering mechanism to reduce the administrative tasks.
·  Work on Client-Server architecture for one-to-one and one to many connections.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  3+ years of shown experience with middleware technologies like- WebSphere, Weblogic WAS, HTTPS, Apache, Tomcat.
·  Expertise at configuration of Weblogic, WebSphere V7.0 including backup-config and restore-config profiles
·  Proven technical experience and take initiative in WebSphere V8.0 implementation, support, Workload Management and Performance Tuning
·  Lead and drive third parties to the quick resolution of change. Exposure to infrastructure technologies.
·  You would engage in WebSphere performance monitoring/tuning and optimization/capacity planning.
·  We require your expertise in Level 3 Support Experience in fixing with at least one of middleware or reciprocal development platform and support other team members.

·  Certifications: Relevant Certifications like Websphere / Weblogic.
·  Ability to ensure that all the data pertaining to the company and its clients is safeguarded against unauthorized or illegal use by implementing various methodologies against those who violate the security rules and regulations
·  Proficient to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data
·  Experience in supporting all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.
·  In-depth knowledge to implement a realistic approach during the certification schedule and process
·  Hands-on experience to ensure compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals
·  Languages: English, Hindi and Local Language TELUGU is preferred.
