Your Role and Responsibilities
Product Owner responsible for overseeing business operations & use of third-party software implemented in Marketing, Communications & CSR (MCC) organization. Duties span supplier relations, partnering with technical resources responsible for application development & hosting, stakeholder management, user support, compliance, and reporting.

• Drive project end-to-end, overseeing all aspects of application use in MCC
• Lay out roadmap for IBM’s implementation of the application
• Communicate IBM’s requirements (with priority) to software supplier
• Understand business process(es) supported by the product. Where process does not exist or is incomplete, contribute to process definition, keeping platform capabilities in mind.
• Understand the application’s existing capabilities as well as functionality in plan
• Familiar with product's linkages to upstream and downstream tools
• Configure application features & functions to meet IBM requirements
• Understand stakeholder needs & manage their expectations
• Leverage internal network to engage assistance, remove blockers, clarify requirements & priorities
• Collaborate with supplier’s application development team
• Define test scenarios & acceptance criteria for new functionality
• Coordinate communications & enablement to stakeholders & users
• Coordinate with technical team responsible for servers/hosting to maintain best possible up-time & resolve issues quickly when they surface
• Manage data repository that consolidates data from multiple internal sources
• Run scripts/agents/jobs to populate data repository, compute metrics and/or generate reports
• Design & deploy reports to support day-to-day operations and ad hoc business needs
• Feel empowered to say "no" or “not now” sometimes
• Participate in contract negotiations with supplier & IBM Procurement as needed
• Ensure adherence to IBM internal procedures such as application registry, user access control, and global privacy assessments.
• Brief management on project status, challenges, risks & potential blockers

Minimum salary starts at 3.000 EUR gross per Month.

This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• General understanding of processes around software development & operations
• Familiar with the major elements of application management: requirements gathering, user stories, configuration and/or development, function & integrated testing, stakeholder comms & user enablement, end-user support
• Desire and ability to work in virtual teams across different time zones and cultures
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal / collaboration skills to include building consensus
• Comfortable working with, and communicating to, stakeholders at various levels within the organization
