Job description
As the Marketing Operations Lead you will be the trusted business advisor for budget and resources management for multiple North America Marketing teams.
Your responsibilities include:
· Coordinate and assist NA Marketing leaders with expense budget management to achieve monthly and quarterly expense commitments and resource plans
· Work closely with financial expense transactions such as purchase orders and check requests, including quarterly billing and IBM ledger reconciliation. Use Marketing tools required to support Expense Management in line with Business Controls.
· Provide value-added advice, recommendations, support, and leadership to the Marketing teams to help achieve our common objectives
· Encourage effective and productive partnerships and communication across various IBM Business Units, Functions, and Geographies
· Collaborate with the Budget and Resources manager and team on special projects
· Use Agile practices to manage daily work and projects
