We will help you learn how to navigate through a sales process, develop consultative selling skills and refine your ability to manage and focus in a complex and dynamic environment.

What we want you to do:
·  Assist with prospecting activities into your account base.
·  Work with your assigned field sales team, managers and peers to gain learning on product, talk track and prospecting.
·  Work with sales and marketing to help create new campaigns to drive pipeline.
·  After training, begin to cold call and conduct event follow ups. Understanding how to leverage your knowledge to overcome objection.
·  Report, track, and share productivity measurements with your team
·  Provide market intelligence to the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Over 12-months telephone sales experience, preferably within the Technology industry.
·  Bachelor degree in a relevant field (such as IT, Business etc.).
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound experience working with internal/external clients.
·  A great teammate with solid presentation skills.
·  Ability to learn, understand and communicate new products and technology, along with a genuine interest in the Tech field.
·  Valid full time, long-term working rights in Australia.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Recent IT or SaaS experience is helpful.
