Primary Job Responsibilities – Activities :
·  You apply your technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions.
·  Client facing and ensure client requirements concerning Mainframe Security are met.
·  Ensure best practices about Mainframe Security are implemented.
·  Coordination and follow up of projects, technical project lead.
·  Be the interface for new requests for current and new clients.
·  Support complex problem and changes to customer's systems.
·  Work to standardize repeatable tasks.
·  Analyze metrics to identify trends, make recommendations to improve operations.
·  Support & advise Team leader
·  Be part of a team that delivers a 24/7 support for multiple customers.
